I was born and raised in New York. However, I moved to the midwest recently. The botanical gardens was one of my favorite places to go growing up. These pictures are beautiful.

Me too. I’m a Bronx boy. As a kid, we often would walk to the Zoo. Especially on Rosh Hashanna, which is today, we would walk over to the zoo. The zoo, one of the best in the world, was free back then, except for Wednesdays I believe. As an young adult I loved to visit the Botanical Gardens, particularly that wild area down by the river.
