Thanks for putting the spotlight on the Newark Museum of Art. The exhibits and collection offered there are impressive for their quality and diversity. I appreciate this line the museum offers about its history: “The Newark Museum of Art (NMOA) was founded with the belief, radical among museums in 1909, that art and learning are for everyone.”

The Newark Arts Festival certainly looks worth visiting. There are a lot of stories and meaning in the pieces you’ve spotlighted.

  3. Of all the impressive art works, the red, tangled thread (New Day Series 2) kept my eyes for a long moment with nodding head. Thanks so much for sharing.
