The pieces in this exhibit are not just about books, many are made out of books. In the words of the curators, “the book is reimagined not only as an object of content, but as a site of transformation—where material, meaning, and message converge.”

This is an interesting exhibit. Several years ago, I viewed a travelling exhibit Art of the Book in my home city of Winnipeg. Similar concept, different pieces. It too was very interesting. None of those pieces were as large as Permutation 3. When I view your photos of that one, I want to reach out and rub my hands along it.
Thanks for providing a true patriotic education with this post in contrast to the Texas law.
